Follow this path:C:\Windows\INF and locate these two driver files usb.inf and usb.PNF If these files are there then move on to the next solution. Here’s how to check these files: Press Windows E to open File Explorer. Plugging the Unifying Receiver into different USB ports also doesn't change anything, nor does simply rebooting the machine. The Logitech unifying software won’t work problem comes when proper USB drivers are not present on PC. Many recommend updating the device driver from the Device Manager, but the only keyboard listed is the corded Mac keyboard. Searching for this issue and trying the few suggestions doesn't yield any success. Strangely enough, my spare Mac corded keyboard works just fine (and that's what I'm using to type this). You can confirm this by removing logitech, then plugging in another usb mouse or something and refreshing the System Information. The drivers are probably fine but idle since they don’t see the USB hardware for Logitech. I tried using the keyboard on another computer and it works just fine, so it must be a Windows issue. The system information is showing that the hardware is not being detected. The keyboard pairs correctly using the Unifying software and when I press a key on it, the icon lights up that the computer received input, but nothing happens. It should detect it and your racing wheel should be working fine now. Now connect the G27 racing wheel and check if the profiler is detecting it or not. The function keys work (I can mute, change volume, etc), but I can't input any numbers or letters. Reinstall the Logitech Gaming Software once the system reboots. All of a sudden, the keyboard doesn't type anything. I have a Logitech K800 wireless keyboard and Performance MX mouse running off of the same Unifying Receiver on Windows 10.
